The mouthguard comes in various colors and includes a convenient storage case. Once molded, it provides exceptional protection for your teeth and gums against injuries, while ensuring comfort, easy breathing, and speech.

Molding Instructions:

1. Boil water in a kettle or pot and pour it into one bowl. Prepare a second bowl with cold water for cooling.
2. Place the unwrapped mouthguard in hot water for 25-30 seconds. Remove and briefly dip it into cold water for 1 second.
3. In front of a mirror, center the mouthguard in your mouth. Press it onto your molars, then onto your front teeth, and bite down gently.
4. Suck out excess air and water, and use your fingers to shape the guard around your teeth from all sides.
5. Remove the guard and place it in cold water to harden. Test the fit to ensure it stays in place.
6. If the fit isn’t perfect (e.g., it slips off), repeat the molding process.
7. Once properly molded, trim any excess material with small scissors if necessary.
